oh god ... i can imagine how hard it's going to be, i was made to produce a 2-3 minute song a day on request and i'm freaking dying over here, i can imagine how much time it will take to animate 20 minutes x__x

in general the torso should be bouncing up and down as he walks(observe walking charts in the animators survival guide.).
if it doesn't do this then it would imply that his legs are shrinking and stretching specifically to create this motion....
if thats what your going for then fair enough.... but you should learn how to animate something accurately first then push it to its limits with stylized things like that.
